Exchange & Return Policy

We allow our customers to exchange or return a product within 7 days of receiving it, following the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Exchange, Return, and Refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any defects.
  • Tags, packaging, and receipts/invoices must be intact.
  • Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
  • Exchange or refund is not applicable for items with 50% or higher discounts or Flash Sale products.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for claims regarding damaged or missing products.

Exchange Locations

For Online Purchases:

  • Customers may also send the product via courier service after consulting with our Service Center.
  • If the issue is from our end, return shipping is free; otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost.

Incorrect Quantity or Product Mismatch

  • If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or adjust your order accordingly.

Refund Policy

For Online Purchases:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • If the issue is from our end, return shipping is free; otherwise, the customer bears the return cost.
  • Without proof of receipt and delivery, no refund will be issued.
